2018 Peavey® DJ Takeover to Kick Off Opening Night of Mobile Beat Las Vegas at Tropicana

Takeoverlogo smallMERIDIAN, MS — It’s that time again. The 2018 Peavey® DJ Takeover will take place Monday, March 12, from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. in the Havana Room at the Tropicana Hotel – Las Vegas. This DJ-packed event is set to draw partygoers from near and far for a one-of-a-kind showcase that will kick off opening night of the 22nd annual Mobile Beat Las Vegas (MBLV22), the ultimate business conference for disc jockeys.

Now in its seventh year, the DJ Takeover tradition continues at MBLV22 with signature sponsor Peavey Electronics®. Peavey will supply the sound system for the night while lighting will be provided by Famous Stages, a Peavey dealer.

DJ’s performing during the Peavey DJ Takeover include Analog Girlz, Mista B, DJ Fernando G, DJ Jess, DJ Michael Grey, DJ Pone, DJ Race, DJ Aaron, DJ Nate Nelson, DJ Groove, Dj Mr Vibe, and the event host, Keith Shocklee of Public Enemy, whose organization Spectrum City is an event co-sponsor.

The DJ performance stations will be outfitted with Dark Matter™ DM™112 loudspeakers which were named “Best DJ Product” in the 31st annual Music and Sound Awards and also received the “Product Excellence Award” from Music, Inc. magazine.
